Mayor and Council Members
The Town of Courtland government is composted of a Mayor and five Town Council Members elected at large. Elected officials are: Mayor Ted H. Letson, and Council Members Karen Hitt, William Miller, Clarence Logston, Lemar Terry and Dan Claborn.
The Town Hall is located at 361 College Street.
The City Clerk is Bettie K. Hollis and the Municipal Court Clerk is Court Clerk. Courtland Town Hall is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (closed noon-1 p.m. for lunch). The main town hall telephone number is (256) 637-2707. You may also e-mail us at: cpd@bellsouth.net

Utilities Department
Electric power is provided by the Town of Courtland, a distributor of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Water and sewer service is also provided by the town.
